The Lamborghini Murcielago
The Lamborghini Murciélago is a high-performance two-door, two-seat sports car produced by Italian automaker Lamborghini.
In a continuation of Lamborghini's tradition of giving its cars names from the world of bullfighting, the Murciélago was named for a fighting bull that survived 28 sword strokes in an 1879 fight against Rafael "El Lagartijo" Molina Sanchez, at the Coso de los califas bullring in Córdoba, Spain. Murciélago fought with such passion and spirit that the matador chose to spare its life, a rare honor. The bull, which came from Joaquin del Val di Navarra's farm, was later presented as a gift to Don Antonio Miura, a noted local breeder; thus began the famed Miura line of fighting bulls, which provided the name for one of Lamborghini's first great cars.
Ok. So this is one of the most beautiful cars in the world. From the beginning it gets a 10/10 from Auto Time team.
This car stops traffic, drops jaws, snaps necks.
You have to be really insane to buy or to want a car like this. We are all insane.
Why is this car the best design car? It just looks great. This is our simple answer.
This car is a sport street high-performance super car.
It has four-wheel drive and 630hp, combined with a torque figure of 487lb ft meaning that you can launch the big Murcielago to 100 kph in just 3.4 seconds, all day, every day. You're looking at 340 kph and the ability to crest the national speed limit in first gear, so the other gears are really only there to determine how long you can stay alive.
So it’s fast… and it’s beautiful… and it’s a super car… what’s the price?
The price for this nice car is almost 250,000-300,000 Euros. A big price for a great car.
Our advice: if you have that amount of money and you want a car to represent you, buy a Lambo.
From our team, it gets a 10/10 for both exterior design and technical design.
